In order to compile CCExtractor with OCR support (the (Release|Debug)-OCR configurations),
we need the header files and .lib files for two libraries: Tesseract and Leptonica.
Updated Tesseract and leptonica versions, included the files in the repo because there's a royal pain to find and/or build.

To prevent build headaches we now include all required files in the libs directory.
