Moritz Bunkus	4535f4fa78	Added boost/foreach.hpp and configure checks in case the system version is older than 1.34.0. ... I want Debian Etch & OpenSuSE 10.x to continue to be supported, and those only ship with Boost 1.33.0.	2009-11-25 22:29:02 +01:00
