GUI: make question dialog titles easier to understand
...
Instead of stating the underlying reason (»file has been modified«) the
title now contains the action that is about to be taken (»close modified
file«).
Partially implements #1417 .

build system: don't use u flag for ar
...
Newer ar seem to be built with --enable-dterministic-archives. In that
mode u has no effect, and ar emits a warning. Since u is not really a
speed gain nowadays let's just not use it at all.

GUI: re-factor MessageBox interface
...
This allows for easier extension later on, e.g. for overwriting button
labels. It also makes the code easier to read as there are fewer
positional arguments.

GUI: chapters: make shift+return focus the same control in next chapter entry
...
Which element will be selected and focused depends on which is selected
when the user presses shift+return:
* If an input other than the chapter's name is focused then the next
chapter entry in the tree will selected, and that entry's start time
will be focused.
* If the chapter name line edit is focused then the next chapter name
will be selected and focus.
* If the last chapter name is selected then the next chapter entry in
the tree will be selected, and that entry's first chapter name will be
focused.
Implements #1398 and complements #1358 .
