...
This is an error according to lintian. So depend on the packages that
MKVToolNix actually needs: Qt 5's development packages.

Renamed the "debian" directory to "debian-upstream"
...
Bug 329 asks for this rename as it makes the life of
the official Debian/Ubuntu package maintainers easier
(and the job of the folks reviewing the packages as
well).
