KongQun Yang 8d11e5ea64 Support Marlin DRM signaling in DASH Only Marlin Adaptive Streaming Specification – Simple Profile is supported. Two additional updates: - Remove FairPlay ContentProtection element from DASH mpd as FairPlay does not define a signaling in DASH. - Updated end to end test to include all DRMs we support. README.md

Shaka Packager is a tool and a media packaging SDK for DASH and HLS packaging and encryption. It can prepare and package media content for online streaming.

Shaka Packager supports:
