stabbedbybrick 5275fddab1 fix(ALL4): Add HTML fallback if title is missing on API

- If an on demand episode is listed on site but not on API, it will try to find it in the HTML code instead.

Usage:

Clone repository:

git clone https://cdm-project.com/stabbedbybrick/devine-services.git

Add folder to devine.yaml:

directories:
    services: "path/to/services"

See help text for each service:

devine dl SERVICE -?
