df0a7c3c58 GUI: run programs: use backslashes in variable expansions on Windows 
Certain programs on Windows cannot use forward slashes, e.g. VLC, even
though Windows itself can use those just fine. Therefore variables
like <MTX_OUTPUT_FILE_NAME> should use the native separators to be on
the safe side.

See #1570.

f77821fc7f TruehD parser: be strict during resync but allow resync to AC-3 header 
The earlier commit eb8acb6 changed the TrueHD resync code not to resync
to AC-3 sync words. This turned out to be too strict: that way valid
AC-3 frames were dropped if they occurred before the first TrueHD/MLP
frame at the beginning of the stream (or after each resync).

Now resyncing to AC-3 sync words is allowed again. However, resync also
tries to fully decode a frame at that position before signalling a
successful resync. This is even more robust than the prior method and
more flexible regarding AC-3 frames.

eb8acb6942 TruehD parser: be more strict during resync 
AC-3 frame recognition is much too unreliable as the AC-3 sync word is
only 12 bits long. Therefore the resync mechanism should only look for
the 32 bits long TrueHD/MLP sync words.

45f61c4390 TrueHD reader: only count real TrueHD sync frames during identification 
AC-3 frames are also possible as a result of the parser. This is
especially true for non-TrueHD streams as those don't have a strong
signature.

The reader's main code relies on a real TrueHD header having been found,
though.

Fixes #1559.
