Sp4rk.y a62e62cc78 ♻️ (VIU): refactor and enhance error handling, region detection, and quality filtering 
Refactor the VIU service to improve code readability and maintainability.
Enhance error handling for API responses and token retrieval.
Improve region detection with a more comprehensive mapping.
Add support for filtering video formats by requested quality,
selecting the highest resolution available.
Update subtitle handling to include secondary subtitles as SDH.
