e4a9e08da0 Don't link to external files 
The reason is that the installation location of the guide and
the (translated) man pages vary widely between systems. On Linux the
man pages are not even available as HTML files.

6904c1a50f Close and re-open files in the analyzer 
Keeping files opened is bad for the header editor and the chapter
editor if the user wants to try the file in other applications without
having to close mmg.

Fix for bug 498.

c64680fad7 Only use source files with packetizers for progress reports 
Otherwise progress reports might stay at 0% for the whole time. Uses
source files without packetizers if no source file with a packetizer
is available.

Second and last part of the fix for bug 505.
