parse_timecode: use signed variable for value containing negative values
...
size_t is usually an unsigned value. Storing -1 in it and expecting the
following multiplication to result in a negative value only works on
architectures where sizeof(size_t) == sizeof(int64_t), meaning on 64bit
platforms. On 32bit Windows »negative« would contain MAX_UINT32 instead
of MAX_UINT64 resulting in wrong results.
Fixes #1425 .

merge: implement callback before adding packet to cluster

This lays the groundwork for implementing #1420 . When the packetizer
notices garbage it doesn't know anything about the timecode the next
valid packet will end up with. That is affected by additional factors
like delays or even splitting files.
In effect the actual timecode is only known right before the packet is
added to a cluster. Therefore outputting warnings for the user that
include correct and human-understandable timecodes is only possible at
that moment as well.

GUI: use own methods for remembering tree view column state
...
QHeaderView::saveState() stores the column widths, too. Restoring them
upon creation of a tree view can be confusing to the user. Another
possibility would have been to re-size the columns to their optimal
value, but that would amount to fighting against Qt and is therefore
suboptimal for me.
